Our commitment
StoneStep is committed to ensuring this website is accessible to all visitors, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards across the site.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML throughout, with proper heading hierarchy and landmark elements
- All interactive elements are keyboard-accessible with visible focus indicators
- All images include descriptive alt text; decorative images are marked accordingly
- Colour contrast meets or exceeds WCAG AA ratios for all text
- Forms use explicit labels (not placeholder-as-label)
- Animations respect the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting - Minimum tap target size of 44×44px on all interactive elements
